Privacy notice

The myclio operator uses submitted information to run the sponsorship auction and deliver purchased placements.

Information collected

Bid submissions contain a brand name, website, contact email, logo, bid amount and payment references. Mercado Pago processes card details; myclio does not store card numbers. Crypto payment records include provider invoice identifiers, asset and network, amounts, confirmation status and refund transaction references. USD payments also include private transfer receipts and bank transaction references. A secret private link lets you view your bid and pay any winning balance.

What becomes public

Approved paid bids may display the brand name, website, logo, bid amount and time on the public auction page. Contact email addresses and private bid links are not displayed publicly. The owner can access submitted artwork and contact details for review and fulfillment.

Storage and providers

Site records and uploads use the hosting platform’s database and object storage. Mercado Pago processes ARS payments and refunds. CoinPayments receives the sponsor’s brand, contact email, invoice amount and reference to process crypto checkout and its payment notifications. It may request information for its own verification requirements. MyClio never requests or stores wallet recovery phrases or private keys. USD transfers and refunds use the operator’s banking provider. Transfer receipts are stored privately and accessible only through the corresponding private bid link and the owner workspace. Resend receives your email address and transactional message content to send confirmations, results, payment requests, reminders and refund notices. These messages include your private bid-status link. These providers process information needed to operate the service. There are no advertising cookies or third-party behavioral trackers added by this site.

Retention and requests

The operator retains bid and payment records while needed for the campaign, refunds, accounting and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information; records that must be kept for payment or legal obligations may be retained.
